Steam downloading so slow

i was trying to download the new skate update, when i noticed that my network was going 32 b per second... bytes... so i took a speedtest, but the download speed was the same as always... so i think it's a steam problem.

i alredy tried to unistall steam (losing 180gb of games)
write every single cmd network command i know
clearing cache and bla bla bla... nothing works... still max 300kb/s download speed

pls help me

Local ISP issue.

What country are you in?
What ISP do you use?
Also, do the other Store download fine i.e. fast?
Such as MS Store, Battle.net client, Epic Games Store, EA Games app, UbiSoft Connect, GOG Galaxy/etc?

Try changing Download Regions to another country - if located in Asia, Africa, Europe.
Try changing to another state if located in the USA - such as choose one from East Coast, West Coast, or the middle. Sometimes this helps!

(even if chosen region is far from your location)

I've also had problem with downloading games!
My copy of ARK keeps getting stuck on "Verifying 98%"

Nope, that is actually not a download issue.

Instead of hijacking this unrelated thread please post your own thread, or maybe ask in ARK game forums. Surely people there will know. :)
