can my laptop run valve index

it has a rtx 4060

intel 17 13 gen 13620h

16 gigibyts of ram

477 gigs of storage

8 gigs of vram

Valve had a free "game" as a hardware test named
"SteamVR Performance Test"
This would help you figure out if your hardware could run the Valve Index properly.

It is no longer available on the steam store. I wonder how to get it now?
