refunding
hi i just got a game a played it and realized the textures are glitching a lot
when i saw it on my steam library page it says 112 mins of playtime but i was requesting a refund it says 2 hours of playtime on steam support page
so what is it ? which one steam will consider as my playtime?
i really wanna get rid of it even on those 112 was mostly trying to fix it

Just make the ticket and wait for the response.

It also shows only 1.9 hours played on your profile.

and where it shows that ? u mean for steam support? cuz didn't see that 1.9 myself

It was on your profile until you played that other game.

It still shows it in your recently played page at 112 minutes.

Did texture glitching happen some time after you first installed the game? Did you run a verification to make sure the game files are not corrupted?

No it was at the start , I thought just playing the game and don't care and meanwhile tried solutions like veryfing but I just gave up and wanna refund
