Winter Sale and Steam Fest

I think this is December right? I have so many games on my wishlist I cant buy everything so Ill just get the games I want for now but the next sale should be the Winter one right?
I think Steam Fest or a horror fest is up soon right? so does this mean the horror games will be on sale?
