Steam Jumping To The Top When...
When I purchase a game on my wishlist, it might be 20 games down in the list for example, I click Purchase, and suddenly steam jumps to the very top of my wish list, so I have to scroll all the way back down to see if that game is in my cart? Is this normal and supposed to happen? I thought it would add to my cart and let me keep scrolling to see the rest of my wish list?

Anyone else having this same instance as me? Is this normal or not?

I have never experienced that.

However, when selecting games to buy from my wishlist I usually have the wishlisted sorted - either by discount, price, or release date.
When I add the game to the cart and return to my wishlist the game is in the same postion as it was before I added it to the cart.
The only thing selected in Options is compact (under view) and "any os" under platform.
I dont know why but it keeps happening and happened a few times this week. I selected my game to boy, and thenit jumped to the top of the list(the very top) so I had to scroll back down and then I could see it say "in cart" so I could click that and continue purchase.
weird

I have had that sort of thing happen to me before, and have found that re-sizing the Steam screen can fix the problem (e.g. changing it from full-screen to 3/4 or 1/2 screen).

Other times, the problem was fixed when I restarted my computer or restarted Steam.
Mine is still happening despite restart. I thought you could clear the steam cache or something

Did you also try changing it from full-screen to 3/4 or 1/2 screen?
Just in case that might help.
Not yet but I will when I buy Rise of The Tomb Raider :)
and let you know. Thanks
