The Inventory shows that, when I barely even use it.

Same here, keep showing too many request for few weeks, tried every method from reddit discussion but still can't access.

Is there anyway to report this issue to steam customer service? I can only found Q&A topic in steam help, there is no button for reporting issue or chat with customer service
Same issue here. I barely get on the market or check my inventory. This "too many requests" has been going on for me for months. I barely get to enter the market or check my inventory besides some random small windows. When I want to sell something, I have to use my phone's mobile data to access these things.

It's ridiculous

You hit an API quota limit. This quota limit is IPv4 based. If restarting your router doesn't help, you'll have to wait it out.

IPv4 addresses are not unique anymore. As there are more humans (8 billion) than IPv4 addresses (4.2 billion), ISPs have chosen to route users together on an identical IPv4 address. This technique is known as CGNAT.[en.wikipedia.org]

For Valve's inventory and community market API this bundled together group of users using CGNAT or Dual Stack Lite looks like a single user.

If you waited several days to weeks, your only recourse is getting a public IPv4 address. It doesn't matter whether this one is static or dynamic. Ask your ISP on how to obtain one.

If you are behind Dual Stack Lite (shared IPv4 address, dedicated IPv6 prefix), temporarily disable IPv4 on your system after you made sure IPv6 support is enabled in your router to force Steam to use IPv6. Undo this step after you finished using the market or inventory (you will have to redo it every time you use either). Do not use this as a permanent solution because not every service on the internet did implement IPv6 support yet.

If you already have a public also known as dedicated IPv4 address, you should stop spamming inventory actions.

Dude said everything, But said Nothing.

Buddy I haven’t used market or inventory in 6 months or more, everyone is having these issues not just me.

It’s Steam issue as far as I researched.

I told the issue. Shared IPv4 address = shared quota.

shared quota = quota hit faster.

Fix? Get your own IPv4 address.

I have my own Ipv4 idk what you are saying I don’t have a shared ipv4 that would encounter with others, the ipv6 is mounted in the router or modem, idk what you are trying to say or ask to do, everything is the same untill Steam decided it’s overwhelmed, when I’m not even using or cannot access market or inventory, this is mostly an issue from Steam Client on it’s own.

Steam should process a fix update on this.

IPv6 doesn't count. Valve takes the IPv4 address for the quota.

Get a dedicated IPv4 address. FOUR not SIX. And the issue is gone.

Buddy this thing was working fine since steam came out, lately I can say this year this became an issue for everyone, why would my ipv4 matter.

The IPv4 is static and I can also change it, everything that's connected on my router there is a list of ipv4's that are stuck with whatever the connection of hardware is made already.

My friends are also having this issue, going from friends living in the same state or someone as far as Australia, Around Europe etc..
