GUI Scale is Broken
For years, I never had an issue running Steam on my 4K monitor. But a recent update has completely broken the GUI. There is NO WAY to manually set the scale for the GUI.

There is only one option for the GUI scale:
Settings > Interface > Scale text and icons to match monitor settings

This setting does absolutely nothing. The result is the same whether it's enabled or disabled.

Here's some links to screenshots if you want to see what I'm seeing:

In my humble opinion, the GUI shown in these screenshots is horrendous, and borderline unusable.

Steam -> Accessibility -> UI Scale?
THANK YOU. Why in the world isn't that slider under Settings > Interface? I swear I looked under the Accesibility tab, but my eyes couldn't see the UI Scale slider.
I would honestly suggest allowing the UI Scale slider to go higher than the current max. I maxed it out, which is perfect for me, but other people may want to go a bit larger.
