The only other thing i can think of is you bought the game from a third party site illegally and they revoked it. You can confirm this by checking your past purchases under your account. I also would check your licenses to see if you still have it listed there.
NOTE: You may have bought it legally from a grey market site, but the person who sold it from that site may of gotten it illegally. Not saying you bought it illegally, but if the person you bought it from obtained it illegally. That is what i am saying. IF this is the case, you must contact the person or site you purchased it from as steam will not help you in this scenario.
its Team Fortress 2, its free on steam, i installed it from Steam. its still in my library and i can still play it, but its gone from the games section of my profile. thats the issue, it appears everywhere else but there
