team fortress 2 disappeared from the games list on my profile, but its still in my library and still installed

as the title suggests, tf2 has disappeared from the games category on my profile when you search for "all games" but still appears on recently played. is it possible to get it back? i havent played it in a while and havent done anything with steam settings to make it gone so i dont really know why its gone.

yes, ended all tasks on task manager relating to steam and its still gone

It is possible you may of deleted it off your pc since you said "i havent played it in a awhile". Make sure you have it installed. I actually tend to uninstall all older games after fully beating them due to space limitiation on my gaming pc. Considering buying a new 2TB SSD.

i still have it installed and can still play it, i opened it 2 days ago to see if that would work and played a match and still nothing

when you go into my recently played its still there, it may not be anymore cause ive played a few more games since then but ill open it up again right now and itll be there. when i go to options it says "set as private" so obviously its not private.

when you go into my recently played its still there, it may not be anymore cause ive played a few more games since then but ill open it up again right now and itll be there. when i go to options it says "set as private" so obviously its not private.

The only other thing i can think of is you bought the game from a third party site illegally and they revoked it. You can confirm this by checking your past purchases under your account. I also would check your licenses to see if you still have it listed there.

NOTE: You may have bought it legally from a grey market site, but the person who sold it from that site may of gotten it illegally. Not saying you bought it illegally, but if the person you bought it from obtained it illegally. That is what i am saying. IF this is the case, you must contact the person or site you purchased it from as steam will not help you in this scenario.

its Team Fortress 2, its free on steam, i installed it from Steam. its still in my library and i can still play it, but its gone from the games section of my profile. thats the issue, it appears everywhere else but there
