where are steam cards?

just finished queue - no cards, only stickers
crafted new badge - no cards, only profile from game

so, where is the source of cards for summer badge?

from buying games that are on sale for the steam summer event or the market i believe

You no longer receive trading cards for viewing your discovery queue. You will only get cards for crafting a badge. During either the Summer or the Winter sale. Once the event is over you can't earn cards, trade for the cards, or buy the cards. You can't craft the summer badge anymore. All you can do is level up the seasonal badge in the point shop.

Minor (Spring and Autumn) sales events don't have cards and never had them.

They changed the card system before the Steam Awards in 2024. They did this to combat bot accounts doing it specifically for profit.

The summer/winter sales are the one ones that give cards now for badge crafting/purchases.

I just did the queue said i have earned all 9 stickers, but it did not show or notify what stickers i just earned? the notifications bell that usually tells you just remained blank

Not "now". They were the only ones that did that.

The Steam Awards had badges and cards. I have 12 badges with various levels, including foil badges.

Update: The Steam Awards were the winter sale badges until 2023 and I forgot.

You have them yourself. Happens though a lot of cards and badges come and go fast.

The Autumn Sales event only had a Nomination Committee badge for the initial voting for games to be nominated for the Winter Sales event Steam Awards.

You are correct. It would appear for me they have blended together and I have forgotten. The winter badges are the award badges for the most part were together until 2023.
