steam me sanciono por un año en los grupos de familia (Steam banned me for a year from family groups.)
cuando saque a mi hermana de mi familia de steam para añadir a un amigo steam me dio una penalizacion de 1 año y ya no me deja invitar a nadie a la familia, alguien sabe porque puede ser?

When I removed my sister from my Steam family to add a friend, Steam gave me a 1-year penalty and no longer let me invite anyone to the family. Does anyone know why this could be?

Family Share is for family members in the same household, not for friends. But that is not why...

The cooldown on that Family spot started when you initially added her.
