i tried looking under stolen account and stolen inventory but none of these are actually bringing me to steam support via email
Phone support?
Live text chat?
Video call support!?
If it is not email or live chat or video chat, what do they use?
Smoke signals?
Torch lights?
Carrier pigeons or falcons? :)
Or maybe green & red flags, navy style?

For someone who's been here for 20 years and constantly quotes the support website in response to new threads, you sure don't remember it existing, huh.
