Like i said. It does not work. Even set game i can see it with full setting on.
One is made by modder´s other is made by devs. That is difference. Other does not advertise it on main page. Like do you see Sims advertise its porn mods or murder mods. Nope.
Go to your store preferences here:
https://store.steampowered.com/account/preferences/
Under Mature Content Filtering untick "Frequent Nudity or Sexual Content " and "Adult Only Sexual Content" (they are off by default so you must have enabled them at some point). Voila, you no longer see porn on Steam but still see games like Baldur's Gate 3, Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077 and the like as they fall under "Some Nudity or Sexual Content " filter.
Then you haven't set the filters correctly. Untick all checkboxes for Frequent Nudity or Sexual Content and Adult Only Sexual Content. And if you don't want to see any game, including AAA western ones that feature a dash of nudity also do the same for Some Nudity or Sexual Content.
I have said many times. It does not work. Again underline problem is not that there is no preference setting. Bur problem is those product that should be effected are not effected because lack of steam curation or enforcement or rules.
Do this test your self. Here are some comparisons.
Cyberpunk 2077
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1091500/Cyberpunk_2077/
It warns me about product containing gore and etc. "Cyberpunk 2077 contains strong language, intense violence, blood and gore, as well as nudity and sexual material." ´Labeled by devs them self. So if i go setting preference systems remove these. Game will be removed. Same effect goes to community between cyberpunk 2077 and censored cyberpunk 2077. If i disable settings there is more adult material. System is working as intended there.
But with majority of games steam recommend or highlighted in sales are not doing this correctly. "Warning"
https://store.steampowered.com/app/2943420/Amelie_falls_over_and_over_again__An_endless_week_in_Magic_Academy/
Trailer hints a lot of porn. There is no warnings with in product like cyberpunk had. Did not even ask age. They sure asking consumers with in their store page to go Visit the website? What contains K18 patch free and its even with in their store as free product. What about we go deeper with sniff tests. Click show community and screenshots. I´m doing this off my account.
There is porn and i wont show link because i don´t want to accidentally cause violation.
Do you want know what game showed me this recommendation. Darn final fantasy game. Again. I´m sick of these issues. Again these are visible even if i have setting disabling these. If i add hide tags these will remove cyberpunk 2077 these remains. If i want to hide devs from this game. Well to bad as all Devs do not have account to hide like Capcom vs some random porn spammer.
This is my issue.

Why people keep saying this when you don´t read what is spoken about.
not hosted by steam and the link only goes to a page to choose 'all ages' or 'adult' but does not show anything explicit on the linked page itself.
user-generated content from the patched version, not the vanilla game that's provided by steam. feel free to report that content which is in violation of steam TOS
your issue seems to be deliberately going out of your way to find things you find objectionable. if you aren't interested in a title you can ignore it or simply scroll past as other users do. if you genuinely believe that a title itself violates steam TOS you can click the little flag button on the store page and report it.
Well problem is this. They keep showing up my game recommendations when i play farming sim, RPG titles and that is Annoing as ♥♥♥♥. That is the problem. Where i have to act like steam is porn site because these wont remain own corner. This is not my fist time happening and most likely wont be last. Again. These game´s should remain Adult section of gaming. Not visible normies who do not wish to see them or marketed at.
Random small release online/PC/digital-only games don't submit to the ratings groups.
So CP2077 isn't like that because Steam "curated" it better. But because it went for an official rating.
Better? :)
