Sure, Steam OWNS the forum, but it's like America coming in to help their allies when a not NATO country so much as farts in a NATO country's direction. If you're going to ban me for a violation, do it from the entire forum: not a forum for a game you don't even develop or publish. Who cares about my petty offense that costs you 0.0002 cents on a niche forum that doesn't represent your brand, rather is associated with someone else and their community? The developer anecdotally does not care about even blatant troll threads, but my inoffensive joke is TOO FAR because can't have off-topic or redundant topics on non-Valve-related but technically hosted on Valve's platform (♥♥♥♥ semantics) that would cost the company like five cents in total if they allowed. If a game's forum needs spring cleaning, let the dev or their mods do it. The off topic forum that represents YOUR brand could sure as hell use it more.

Edit: it's been approximately fifteen minutes and it finally sunk in that none of this really matters, is silly, and it's a respectable vision that you should see what you come for when you go to a game hub, but I'll keep this thread up for your amusement. No jesters, for I don't really need the points, and all the reactions and images and other stuff you can get with points never really represent the emotions I feel.
