I've noticed that many of you have encountered a little "feature" of Steam—the inability to publish a review or simply give a rating due to a lovely error number 16. 🤬❌

Don't worry! After 48 hours of continuous scientific research 🔬🧪, I've found the root of the problem and I'm sharing the solution. 💡

Turns out, "Error 16" is not a bug. It's a new, exclusive mechanic from Valve, a hidden quest called "Are You Worthy of Being Heard?" 🎮⚔️

To successfully complete the quest and publish your review, you need to: ✅

1️⃣ Collect the full set of trading cards from the current Steam Sale. All five levels. Three times. 🃏🔥💰
2️⃣ Finish "Half-Life 3". It hasn't been released? Exactly. That's the first test of patience. 😭🙃
3️⃣ Prove your loyalty by buying "Skyrim" or "Portal 2" at -95% off yet again, even if you already own 15 copies. The system needs to register your devotion. 🐉🧪
4️⃣ During a full moon 🌕, while standing on one leg, whisper "Gabe Newell" three times to your monitor. You don't need to turn on your camera; Big Brother is watching anyway. 👁️‍🗨️🗿

If after all these steps the error is gone—congratulations! 🎉 You have proven your worth as a reviewer. 💪

If not—well, it seems the system deemed your opinion not unique enough. 💀 Try writing a review for "Cyberpunk 2077" without using the words "bugs," "release a patch already," or "where's the DLC?". That might increase your chances. 🤖🔫
