Request to Unlink Hacked Ubisoft Account from Steam Account
Dear Steam Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing an issue with my Steam account under the username [matincyber2077]. My Ubisoft account was automatically linked to this Steam account, but unfortunately, the Ubisoft account has been hacked, and I no longer have access to it. The email associated with the Ubisoft account has been changed by the hacker, leaving me with no control over it.
I have already contacted Ubisoft Support, but they were unable to assist me in recovering the account or resolving this issue. If needed, I can provide evidence, including screenshots of the hacked Ubisoft account showing the changed email, to verify the situation.
I kindly request that you unlink the Ubisoft account from my Steam account so I can continue using my games without issues. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation to proceed.

This is a public user forum, not a private and direct hotline to Steam support. Don't give out your private information here, not even your username. Unless you don't mind compromising your Steam account too.

Delete this and contact Steam support directly.

I had some similar issues with ubisoft and valhalla earlier this week, ended up figuring it out on my own no support from the game devs or ubisoft support. So I had to unlink my old ubisoft account, delete the old account, and remake a new ubisoft account and re link my new account to steam, lost my ubisoft level 14 back to 0. Sometimes issues happen, yours is worse as it seems you have an old ubisoft account stuck to your steam profile and you can't access your old email or ubisoft account to unlink it. Hope you figure out your issue man. :hacknetcog:
