steam achievement notification/popup delayed by half an hour after i completely quit and close the game
not game dependant, it happens in every game. need help because there are some hard achievements that dont have an ingame indication of being obtained, i only know after i see the notification, which is delayed after i close the game, and then another ~30 minutes pass
