Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

all 3rd party sites are USE AT OWN RISK. steam support does not return scammed/stolen items or money. bans earned may be permanent. it does not matter who was in control of the account. the sites you advertise know that your not allowed to advertise them using the profile name or avatar.

You won't find any official documentation about it.

The unfortunate part about the new profile name change trading cooldown (4 hour cooldown every time you change your profile name) is that page (linked below) will only state, "we have confirmed your account is unable to trade" generic message. Leaving people wondering wtf is going on.

The error while you trade during this cooldown is error (34).

It took a while earlier last year to figure out Valve silently added the new cooldown.
