Steam download speed is trash.
Other platforms I can get 50 MB/s download speed but nope, on steam it just loves to slow down to 10 MB/s despite me being on a fibre optic ethernet connection. Clearing steam download cache only helps for about 2 minutes and it slows right back down.

Select a different download server. Else, ensure your cpu isn't capped as this does involve compression/encryption.
