How exactly do you think silly questions about platforms "radicalizing" users, i.e. being permissive of offensive content, has anything to do with you getting banned (apparently for whining that a gay character exists)? Surely such a line of questioning tends toward platforms being more restrictive of speech.
DUDE THE OBLIVIOUSNESS, LIKE COME ON, this is legit a steam moderator in disguise or a bot, always some generic chat gpt answer
The hearing is related to radicalisation of people in online spaces, leading to physical violence in the real world.
No moderator, Steam or dev, is going to be radicalising someone over moderator actions they disagree with.
Steam mods will not favour one view over another. If you're having this problem in a game hub, take it up with the devs there, because that's not on Steam to deal with
I asked why you think the story about cracking down on radicalization, which increases cancellations, would somehow stop you getting cancelled. To put it more simply, why do you think a non-negative number going up means it's getting smaller?
also wtf does "the dark truth of forced feminism in video games" have to do with any of this who has time to watch this trash
You may not agree with them, that doesnt mean they are wrong. I dont know about your case specifically, but I can guarantee you that moderator action isn't radicalising anyone to go out and kill people for whatever reason.
We already have a thread for this;

Valve already takes appropriate action against people inciting assassination and murder.
You do realise that the organisations behind this were entirely right wing... right? Project 2025 was related to the organisation, along with many right wing religious groups. That org was founded by a right wing conservative think tank, and an anti-abortion christian baptist.
Yes, they're all rallying behind an organisation that claimed to be feminist. But that's just because they thought calling themselves "feminist" would be a huge shield. Ironically they don't know the internet cares not for that kind of idpol shield.
