Just had a bunch of stuff stolen from my account
I never initiated a trade. I've pretty much never traded with anyone ever. most of it was trading cards, so it's whatever and more than 2 thousand gems and a Skin for RUST that apparently I will never get back? Great. People beware bjuioochman62. I have reported it, but I have no idea how the trade was even initiated on my end (That is what the notice said happened) when my account does not seem to be compromised in any other manner.

You account IS compromised.

Secure it and move on. I'm on a phone so I can't really do much more but somebody will surely post the steps to secure.

Hijacked. Malware or phishing.

Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Thank you everyone. I got it back. Thank you for all your comments. I need to be more vigilant.
I have another suggestion: In the Steam mobile app: Tap the shield in the bottom center. Once the scan thing is up that looks like you're going to scan a QR code tap the cog-wheel (very small) in the bottom right corner then tap on Authorized Devices. Look through the list and if you see anything you don't recognize then tap on it and revoke access. Or to be sure you can just revoke access to everything and re-login again. This will let you see if any other person is still logged into your steam account and you can kick em out through this.

After you change your password they could still be logged in and then change your password to something else on you again and they could even revoke your access to it so get on it and check it asap.
