How im getting banned for calling for a public apology from a company, yet others celebrating the death of a person not banned?

In Magic Arena i got banned for demanding a public apology from that company (as employees inducted violence), yet i got banned for "likely to lead to arguments" - yet others spamming in the other topic several death treats, insulting badly and so on not GETTING BANNED AT ALL - it was just only me

i even reported a person (probably the +20th ban in his years) from the other topic, yet he always gets unbanned and continues to insult/troll around, although that person didnt got banned for like weeks/months - recently spamming that the killing (of Charlie Kirk) is deserved etc.

Hows that possible, Steam?

Steam works based off reports and on Valve Time. It could be that it's either not reported or further down the Queue and they'll get to it.

the mod(s) closed the topic and deleted a few comments, yet not banned that one ive reported (there were several ones besides this one, who deserved to get banned to be honest) - i doubt it

Devs ruun their game forums how they see fit.

Something being worthy of a ban is up to the moderator reviewing the report. You have no say in this. Report, block and move on.

Quite a stretch with no logical coherency to it.

I would advise following the suggestions presented by other posters in this thread.
