Game ownership privacy rendered moot by Steam badge
How do you guys deal with this? I set my games/library to private, but the Power Player badge sticks out like a sore thumb on top of my profile, openly displaying how many games I own whenever someone hovers their cursor on the badge.

EDIT: It's great that I can hide what games I own, but I would also want to hide how many games I own.

So hide your badges?
Hide the badge if its that important. Profile settings.
You know that badge doesn't tell people WHAT games you own, right? That's the point of the privacy setting: to hide what games you own.

I can't hide my badge. I can only select which badge to showcase on top of my profile (which is the Year of Service badge), but the Power Player badge is still visible on the right side of the page. While I appreciate being able to hide what games I play, I would still prefer being able to hide how many games I have. The only way to completely hide how many games I have would be to set my whole profile to private, which I don't want to. Just wondering if anyone knows a workaround for this.

Hiding community awards in profile settings doesn't seem to do anything either :/

You can hide the badge. You can hide the 4 and select something else for the one that you can pick manually.
