no refund on a game that i bought, even tho i played over 2 hours with a family copy before i bought it?

i just bought phasmophobia, so i could have another copy. i played phasmophobia before, about 9 hours. after i bought phasmophobia, the day after started the scream sale where it became on sale, so i thought about refunding it, to get a better deal. i didnt thought that there would be a problem, depending on that i have practicly 0 hours on *my* copy of the game, but apperently the hours played on a copy that i did infact count, so i cant refund it. i think thats pretty stupid.

do a manual ticket, select the purchase, then select "I have a question" and make your request there. the auto system only looks at total time played
