It's probably because those games are still on "cooldown" since it hasn't been 30 days since they were on sale, same would happen to halo games if microsoft wanted to put them on sale because of the halo 5's 10th anniversary which is today.

Look on the bright side, if there's no free stickers they'll be less people complaining in a week or two that they can't get rid of these free stickers they keep collecting...
