If you have issues with DOTA2 or suggestions for DOTA2, I'd recommend posting in that game hub.
If there is a current restriction, wait for it to expire before posting again in the games hub.
I would not advise showing up to their HQ without invitation.

I don't think they do public tours anymore, though.

ye i called someone (kid) and then i got ban for 1 day! in our time we was fightin and now when u call a person kid u get punish!!! this makes new gen soft and they will not lead family
