Edit: Okay this is funny, it might actually be blocked when I -search- for it, but not on the front page or reccomended. If that is true and my memory isn't bad that makes me laugh harder.
There are no games on Steam named that.
Why not, it's publicly available for sale and worthy of being on the front featured page.
Can you go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/preferences/ and tell us what the last row of checkboxes in the first section looks like?

If you're seeing sexual content, then it clearly isn't the default settings. So click the link and tell everyone what boxes are ticked. Better yet, show a screenshot before you decide to untick them.
Or just quietly untick the options if you realized you don't want them ticked. We don't need to know if you don't want us to know.
Damned right I'll call it as it is. Those filters were toggled to hide adult content when they were first introduced. So if you're seeing adult content, you toggled them on.
