Having difficulties redeeming a code?
A friend got Borderlands 4 recently. With that he got a code that he sent me to collect a copy as well. I went into Games and then activate a product... When I enter the code though, it says its invalid. I copied the code straight from the message he sent so i know it isn't wrong. Any ideas? We are both lost. He's been holding off on playing until i can get it downloaded.

why should you also get an extra copy?
If he has bought the game for himself or, for example, gets it for free when buying a PC or graphics card, the game is only available once and only he can activate it.

The code is one time use. Always been this way. It's to prevent giving the game to people who didn't buy it.

Yea, he bought it once and then bought a new graphics card and hot the code. Thats what he gave me. (Sorry I was a little confusing on how I explained that)

Yea, he bought it once and then bought a new graphics card and hot the code. Thats what he gave me. (Sorry I was a little confusing on how I explained that)
Check if the code allows it to be used on other systems then that specific gpu as a lot of these companies only allow the codes to be used on the system that has that gpu in it so you would have to be using the same gpu they got the code from as too many people are abusing the reselling of the code.

The Nvidia giveaway bundle literally makes you download a special tool to verify you have the card physically installed on that PC.
