Search for emoticons
Is there a DB of emoticons (from points shop) that you can search, I have about 200+ games in inventory, so it's looking a bit pants from where I'm standing, to search the whole shop. Has someone got a external page with these all?

The number of duplicate dead threads that go nowhere is scary on this platform. I was not keen to start a new thread, there are thousands started every day, it's rather confusing, because it means if I asked a question and the answer was only found months later, I would never know that it was solved. The roof has a leak, but, so long as the tap works, I'm going to run me a bath anyway. Not my fault the house is broken.

Was hoping more for something that will show me if I buy game X, that I can get an emoticon I want for example.

Recently played game should show first. At least it does for me with FFXII.

Try idling a game and see if it pops up at the top of the points shop.

depends on what you want to do with them: collecting or do some emoticons artworks.. there are many steam emoticons groups and guides, where you can find many: letters, white, anime girls, flowers, birds, faces, zombies, etc.. depends on what emoticons you want

Those are from the Market. Not all games have points shop items.

Points shop makes loads of money for Steam when people like me buy games not to play but just for the emoticons.

https://steam.tools/emoticons/#/ is at least helpful. Thank you @M It's a pity that the points shop ecosystem is so poorly thought out. Points shop awards are a great idea, and must be netting a lot of cash, but would have liked a real "shopfront".

While I use https://steam.tools/emoticons/#/ a lot, I would love some kind of emoticons search integrated into Steam (for both desktop and mobile app). At this point we have 12+ years of emoticons across thousands of games, so it's crazy we don't have better ways to find them.

There, I said it. Now I'll wait for the inevitable:

LOL, funny how some online spaces have a time limit on, and others just never grow old for laffs.

Here's hoping I can spend points on searchable things in the platform before I die.
