Hello, my account was stolen today. I noticed that the thief changed my email address, so now I can't reset the password. I have all the games and my credit card on Steam.

but he deleted my emails that was send by steam so i cant really do anything

My Playstation Network account was stolen by someone in Brazil cause I didn't have 2FA. Years later I made an attempt to recover it and it worked. I looked at the guide that was posted in this thread and that seems like a very similar process to what I did.
