The bundles prices aren't automatically matched to the underlying game prices. The publisher has to change those as well, if they desire. They don't have to. There are some that treat their bundles differently during sales on a regular basis. Some create bundles just for the sales and then delist them at the end of the sale.
No. That's the default price. The bundle has been discounted two or so times, at which time the discount has increased to 38% off.
Both Capcom and SE are known to include garbage freebies to increasee the price, even if it's just a couple of wallpapers or a "mini" soundtrack.
