Steam removed purchases from purchase history
Has anyone else had purchased content be removed from purchase history and have steam trying to act like you never bought it? I have lost access to DLC that I purchased and can not find a way to contact Steam Support.

Transactions don't disappear for any reason.

Look through your history... https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase

https://store.steampowered.com/account/history/

And check your email receipts for the transaction.

Unfortunately I must have deleted the emails, I don't have any emails pre-2017 and content was bought in 2016, but I have in-game save files that are inaccessible because they were using DLC content which I no longer have, but I believe is still on my old computer. I have played the game in late February with no issue.

Maybe it was a license activation and it's shown here instead?

Steam used to have everything mixed up but they split the lists between Steam purchases and license activations in two different sections.

Actually, the license list is still complete -- it still has "Steam store" licenses listed.

Regardless, game names might help too, Like if the main game is F2P, chances are that he's on an account that hasn't purchased the DLC...

is this issue resolved? have the same issue where a game i've purchased back last year (far cry 4) is not showing in my library and not in my purchase history. just recently logged in again to steam and the game is not in library. i have the email receipt for the game and proof of payment/transaction from my e-wallet. how to contact steam to dispute this?

You can go to the support pages, search for the game and then use the "It's not in my library" option.

However, it's quite likely you purchased the game on another account. You say you have the receipts, so check the account name on it.

Has anyone ever gotten the issue where it says it's been refunded? I recently lost my Lethal Company and Stardew Valley because it said I had refunded it when I never have, nor did it ever give me my money back
