Windows Steam Client / Browser - Issue display licenses and product key activations
In the Windows Client:
Navigating through -- Account Details -> View licenses and product key activations

Which takes you here:
https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/

I am presented with a blank page like the backend is timing out on the request.

Attempting it via Chrome leads to the following result:

This page isn’t working
store.steampowered.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I'm having to refresh that page over and over to get any response recently and it's been getting steadily worse.

Large library problem? Don't know - just raising the issue.

the page is not blank in client. it is just black text on black background. ctrl+a to mark all text

Just tried that and verified that there is no black-on-black text there to mark. It's blank.

The fact that it's throwing HTTP 500 errors in the browser leads me to think there's a backend issue (like a database call that's timing out before a response is received, etc.) that contributing to making these requests/fetches fail.

I was mainly curious if anyone else was seeing the same behavior, and raising it for awareness for Steam Support.

I bump into all kinds of interesting issues like this based on my Steam library size. Initially the Steam Deck =struggled= with dealing with it too.

Thanks.

Update:

I still cannot display my license activations -- same issue: HTTP 500 / Blank Screens.

I also just noticed that within the Steam client I can't navigate to my profile page - and then click on the games link on the right-hand side that takes you to:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/_C0S_/games/

Same result from the browser, the page is either blank or throws a 500 error.

There's a back-end issue with processing these requests with my library.
