Steam Client Beta forums are the only place Valve gives us to post bug reports.
You can report bugs with both the Beta Client and the Stable Client there.
Use the search feature- your issue(s) may have already been reported and you can provide additional information in that already existing thread if it is a recent thread (don't necro 4 year old threads with info that relates to the June 2023 UI update).
Report one thing in each thread- don't post a bug report mashing 12 things together. One bug = one thread. Follow the format given in the Pinned thread at the top of the Bug Reports subforum.

And don't expect to have a Vavle dev respond to your thread or say that they are looking into it. They only rarely reply when they need more info or log files.

And yeah- Valve does not make it easy to find the bug reports section, and Steam Support is likely to send you back here- they deal with purchase/billing issues and account issues like ban contestations and account recoveries. They do not deal with technical support and will often feed you useless instructions then tell you to post here to get rid of you.

That's what I'm looking for, thank you!

this is specifially for "The Steam Client is crashing" and not for bug reporting

Doesn't matter. They respond if a message is sent to them. Go ahead and try to find a different way to send them a message.
