Hey buddy, I got the same problem I also had 9,028 / 13,307 yesterday now I have 9,906 / 9,906

So what sould we do? Go to support and wait like 3 days or just wait till it fix itself?

I already wrote a support ticket yesterday because I could only boost 100 points ..
But they havent replied till yet idk write them a support ticket and wait maybe they fix it

How did you write them? I can't even find a section there i could ask about points&tokens. This new support system sux

Go on the steam website than you have there a support button click it than next on My Account
-> Data Related to Your Steam Account than scroll completly down to Contact Steam Support.
There you can write your ticket and also add screenshots.

Actually i got a responce from them last winter sale. They fixed the issue very fast

This has happened to me also, I had 1,200ish points but today I've logged in and I have 669 - I haven't been online in over a week so how I've 'spent' those points is beyond me..

If anyone knows why this has happened hit me up because I'm pretty confused about it.

u refunded the games so they took the points back simple has that.

I haven't refunded a game for months. Is it something that's been delayed and only just caught up?

doesnt matter if it was for months they will still count it has a refund i lost i think 6k for a 4 month refund

That's odd. I checked the points page and you're correct; I did receive points for a purchase I later refunded. However, the page shows around about -150 from the refund and I'm missing about 600. Feels like there's something missing.
