I hate the new store page.
1) I don't have queue anymore. On your page oulining the description of the new changes it should be under "new on steam". There is no category called "new on steam" or the queue button.

2) I liked the flash screen but it's not there anymore.

3) You say it's personalized to my preferences, but you select my preferences. I can only select things I don't like and it only keeps 12 categories. Not that you pay any attention to them because I always get games whose tags have some of those 12 or you don't have the offending tag associated with the game even though the description clearly indicates what kind of game it is.

4) You list page after page of games I might like based on the tags you selected and you display games I've already indicated no interest in or has one of those offending 12 tags. Surely if you're listing literally hundreds of games you can do without the ones I don't like.

What you are doing in your own way is telling me to look elsewhere for a new game and maybe perhaps then look on steam to see if you have it.

I miss the queue, but hopefully it will be back. Its disappeared before. The queue was my main way to find new and different games. I have no desire to navigate the clusterfark mess that is Steam's home page.

You pretty much nailed the way I feel about Steam recently.
I agree. My page defaults to the second tab, Top Sellers. I almost never looked at Top Sellers. I can't tell if Steam hates me by trying to make me do something I never do, or if they are just stupid. I'm starting to ignore more games and developers because Steam purposely clogs my store page with the games they want to sell. Screw you!

Of all the recent posts there have been regarding the new store layout, what benefit did you find in resurrecting this 9-year-old thread when the layout was completely different?
This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
