What’s the best server to pick for players outside of NA or CN region?
I’m thinking of picking up the game again after refunding last year due to the game having server issues especially NA.

How’s the in-game latency these days if you are playing outside of NA & CN?

How’s the uptime for this game due to online connection requirements?

Is it playable anytime or does the game go offline unplayable often these days?

It's pretty fine with my more or less ♥♥♥♥ wi-fi, but there are times when it goes pretty ♥♥♥♥ like moving camera is using all of it's power. This is coming from a player using the mainland chinese server while being in South East Asia.
