Poor performance?

Hello Tunnel Vision Games, played through the demo and had an all round blast, the game is especially successful in creating a dark and sinister atmosphere, there is one thing that took away from it's immersion though, that is the ever-present hitching/stuttering (or tearing, depending on whether V-sync is disabled).

I wouldn't have expected getting any performance difficulties playing on a 1070 even at max settings, I'm finding it even more bewildering that it happens although I am getting a quite consistent frame rate of 60hz. Are there any plans to improve optimization for this game?

Here are my systems technical specifications for reference:
HyperX Predator 16gb 3000mhz dual rank DDR4
msi GTX 1070 Gaming X
ASRock B450 Pro4
amd Ryzen 2600

The game to me feels like it's locked at 30FPS (possibly when only moving the mouse around). I have all the correct setting on in the graphics menu. I know it's not my computer. 9900k, 2080ti, 32GB of ram.

Its funny I run ~100fps avg. And I run it on Very High settings on this toaster:
AMD FX 8350 OC @ 4521 MHz
2x8 GB DDR3 Coshair Vengence RAM + 2x4GB DDR3 Coshair Vengence RAM (total of 24GB DDR3) Running stock speed
AMD XFX Radeon R9 390 8GB Edition Stock speed
2x1TB SSD Partitions of Samsung 860QVO (system + game)

But i've seen quite a few complain about poor performance, i've only crashed 1 time, during my play through. and I notice its usually people with NVidia Cards who is reporting low framerates :/. So this might be a driver issue? Or simply put better optimised for AMD, there is also the posibility that its memory related either Videocard specific or system memory. Could be many things, but I for one have no issues with framerates.
