Is there any chance that "Untold Tales Treasures - 30 for 30" (https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/42192/) will be changed, allowing ppl who got already some title from it, to buy rest of this package to get (with discount) missing titles?

Because IMHO most ppl have at least one title from this pack (so are unable to buy rest). So this pack looks to be adressed for almost noone - at least I really doubt that new user at steam will going to buy "30 games pack" as their first purchase.
