If i buy a vehicle or another device on a character and accidentally delete the character before storing it, do i lose that item forever or can i claim it again on another character?

I know it's kinda specific but i wanted to know if that possibility exists

All items are character specific. If you have the item on a character and that character is delete, that item is deleted as well. They cannot be reclaimed.

If you're not just wondering, and did indeed delete a character with a store-bought vehicle, you can put in a GM/Support ticket in game and hopefully they'll restore the vehicle to you.
