hi, Im using a HP reverb and im also getting a black screen after the pushing play in steam VR, the screen goes black shortly after the splash screen.

so I kinda got it to work, played it for a few hours, I have to launch it via WMR it gives me a black screen via Steam VR and when changing areas it often goes black screen and have to reboot PC to relaunch the game

Exact same issue right now. The game starts, I can see the Vitruvius logo and green glow, then a black screen, no error whatsoever, the SSD drive is not loading anything, just a black void without nothing, the executable game is working.

Should I just wait? already 5 minutes waiting.

Hi Michelangelo, so sorry to hear you're having issues getting the game going. The next scene it's trying to load you into is the "speech recognition" scene, we use Cortana to speak with NPCs in game (if you choose to), can you try either enabling Cortana or disabling on your computer?
