I noticed at times, when Riddick is first being brought in and escorted, little shapes appear on their faces that look like a puzzle piece or a block, then they fade away. The pieces or block never pop out, but just make themselves apparent. Any idea what this is and how it can be fixed?...

I have someone follow all the instructions and for some reason the preferred higher resolution (38-something by 2160) will not stay. It keeps reverting to a lower resolution. And some settings cannot be turned on when others are? Can anyone help?
