You can complete all the achievements with the base game, in which you interact with Asuka. That said, I highly recommend to get the version with all the DLC (specially the character packs), so you will be able to interact wiith four additionall girls.

If you've at least played Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus before, you already know the girls, and that's a plus.
