Without jokes, it probably must be the engine of the game, try attempting to run games that could have the same logic and stuff.
Probably is the HDD if you have one? They tend to do funny stuff and do all those uncommon noises. (I love it!)
You can check inside, if you see a aluminium-like color box, it might be that.
If you don't have an HDD, it probably is your... SSD then...? Eh I don't know, never used that odd technology.
If it's your GPU, try to mess with it, update drivers, uninstall them, do a lot of stuff until it's gone.
It can also be the fan, they can get dirty quick, and do funny quircks, especially if it's a corner full of dust.
If nothing is helping... It might be a serious problem, if it's your GPU and it keep doing noises after messing with it, it might be broken, or something. Change your GPU ASAP if it has this problem!
