I'm mostly just doing missions, but I only take one at a time and I make sure I finish it on time (I've always got all the rewards for them)

There is one very very very very very very very very very very important thing with civilian (Farming station) transport missions.
a) You need to have a cargo holder(or whatever it is called, the forked thingie)
b) ONCE YOU ACCEPT THE QUEST, you HAVE 6 HOURS TO ACCEPT THE CARGO.(On the right side it will appear) If you do not you cannot transport it! -> you have to pay huge amounts of money 3-5K
