Jerc any idea whats going on

I can see Painter loyalty showing, at 66% but not Designer.....I have bought every version from day 1. So wondering what is going on here..I use Designer way more I have over 1k hours in all my versions...I rarely use Painter, but I may still buy to keep my version up to date to use....
