So basically a lot of people go through this problem and they can't 100% the game. So i will tell how do you fix it.
Keep in mind that doing this will reset all of your achievements.

press Windows Key + R
type in "steam://open/console" and hit enter
Now in the console open type "reset_all_stats 975680"
And its done, that simple

there was a few achievements broken when i opened the game for the first time and doing this worked
