Bizarre Sound Glitch
Every time I open the program, a sound file plays in a loop in the background. It seems like Movavi recorded or saved the sound from a random game trailer I watched (but never tried to record) and it plays whenever I open the program even before I enter the video editing tool. I can't get this sound to stop and it plays in repeat as long as the program is open. I can't hear my own videos to do any editing. Any suggestions?

Hello! Please try the following solutions, that should help you:

- Please, go to Steam, Library and right click on "Movavi Video Suite 18", select 'Properties' and 'Local files', select 'Verify integrity of the game files' and wait for the process to be finished. Try to launch the program again.
- If the problem still persists, try reinstalling the program.

If reinstalling the program doesn't help either, please contact our support team (Open Movavi official website, click on "Support Center" and then "Submit a request") and describe the issue in detail. We will be glad to help you.
