How much have you played the game? Dude, know the difference between quality and quantity. I really feel Rebellion's pain to compete with SGWC2 and the introduction of long shot medals. Sniper Elite 5 is the definition of what A sniper game should not look like.

And to answer your original question, nothing new will be released. Unless the developers sees an evergrowing demand.

Have you ever thought that I actually might like the game and desire more levels to be challenged with? Its not that Sniper Elite series has now seven versions or anything, thats just ignore that there hasnt been a new game of SGWC for some time yet Sniper Elite at least are pushing out a new game ever few years. At least you have much variety of playable games from Rebellion than the SGWC series.

Technically Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is more missions on this title.
Of the Sniper titles GW does take longer between iterations but they do tend to try a lot more new stuff each time. Elite really hasn't changed that much for the last 5 titles.
We should be due for a SGWC3 but there maybe some changes happening to the studio so it could be in limbo for a while longer.
Personally I would like them to go back to the larger world of SGW3 but without all the hand holding ... snipe from here only stuff.
Ideally a "Wildlands" map, "Elite's" hitboxes with the mechanics and fidelity of "Ghost Warrior"

Same content, every year with just a different location, same jaggy mechanics, no improvements in gunplay, same WW2 environment, it didn't bore you? Well I think you should have tried authentic and deadeye both at the same time. I recommend highest difficulties cuz at higher difficulties the game becomes harder for direct approches and you deliberately try to compensate it with your tactic. Sniper Elite fails always.

Sniper Elite is jist a money making machine. Why?
1. They make the game in their own engine, so that they dont have to pay the royalty.
2. No changes in the map types at all. The core functions remains the same. Just a copy paste.
3. Create multiplayer and coop, it can make a utterly disgusting single player game into a success.

As far as I am concerned they(CI) are working on the next title. Great things takes time dude. Look at GTA 6. They are doing the job maybe for more than 13 years. Do it quick and you're looking at a copy paste and

They should add some HItman style mission. One action mission, one Hitman mission, two action Mission, one Hitman mission etc.

I havent even played Sniper Elite 5 yet, its stupid run and gun game. One reason why I tried this actually because Sniper Elite 5 sucks so bad these days. That Sniper Zombie is pure trash too.

Have you tried Ghost Recon Wildlands or Breakpoint without the squad? They made the squads optional and it makes the games more challenging. Breakpoint was given an imersive mode with removed the RPG stats and special ammo types from the normal game into a more realistic mode. or just play SGW3.
