ah okay thx the same stuff like by the other guy.okay but they said inofficial its cut for germany!!
and they cant say him official,how he can activate it.
so this is ice cold scam not more,they show a game what didn't exist for german people!
so they show the best of the game that buy many people this game and then after this they will see its cut.

Seriously, dude? You're joking, right? Are you seeing a way to enable the dismemberment by PAYING EXTRA? It's probably a region lock so they can fit into a lower violence rating. Germany is utter ♥♥♥♥♥ when it comes to things like this.

IAM not a German ,I only a visitor here my account is us ,I only activated here and now I've a cut version too,maybe it is so cause I don't bought it on steam.

The betrayed there costumer ,cause the hide this information,hold it back without one Note,but German law said ,they must be note this ,so that the costumer know what he's buying and paying for.

You can unpack the scripts.pak file with 7zip. Inside there's an ActorHitEffects.xml with the configurations i mentioned. It's a CryXml file so you'll need to convert it to standard xml to make it readable. I used HoloXPLOR. If you make changes to it you don't need to convert it back. Just zip the files back into a scripts.zip archive then rename it to scripts.pak.
