what if somebody made a raiders! forsaken earth mod that instead of being a wasteland its like waterworld, and you start with a boat and 3 to 5 raiders

1) My party fully die in easy combat, if i use resolve battle. Because my tank never use taunt. He is masochist class with very big hp and armor. 2) After patch 1.16 i can't find any shield. No one in loot and no one in shop.
